These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CaralVideo website and platform (the “Service”), operated by CaralVideo (“CaralVideo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CaralVideo is a video content platform that hosts branded pages for organizations and their advisors. Visitors can watch short-form videos and contact advisors or organizations through on-page contact tools. We provide the platform; the advisors and organizations are responsible for the services they offer and the claims they make.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

Public pages are available to anyone. Certain features require an account (for staff, organization administrators, and advisors). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through contact forms or other tools
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users without permission

4. Content & Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and CaralVideo branding, is owned by CaralVideo and protected by intellectual-property laws. Videos, text, logos, and other materials supplied by an organization or advisor remain the property of their respective owners, who are solely responsible for that content and for having the rights to use it. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

5. Inquiries & Communications

When you submit an inquiry through a contact tool, your information is delivered to the relevant advisor or organization, who may contact you in response. CaralVideo is not a party to, and is not responsible for, the relationship, communications, or any transaction between you and an advisor or organization. Information you submit is also handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service relies on third-party providers and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we do not endorse or guarantee any advisor, organization, or the services they provide.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaralVideo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CaralVideo and its personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will continue to apply.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
